iBidAM.com is the only opportunity out there, where you can list via a tick box selection your Advertising & Marketing requirements. Then have over 10000 registered service providers in the industry compete against each other to deliver the same quality product or service you require. It is a gateway for free Advertising & Marketing expert advice, education and information via our 1300 number, our estimation system, our blog and forum and our online Glossary system. It is a portal to the largest housed database in Australia of service providers in the Advertising & Marketing Industry.

Is there a cost?

It is free to register with iBidAM.com. We will ask for you credit card details only when you decide to post a job in the get a quote section. This is because iBidAM.com incorporates a 2.5% commission on every job that is posted into the get a quote section of the system. However, to ensure you are receiving the best possible quote for the quality you are after, the final price including our 2.5%, will always be lower than your starting price. This ensures, including paying for our service, you are still paying cheaper than you would if you had gone through traditional methods of finding the relevant service provider. The remainder of the site is free to use, besides the Paid Advertising banners. It is free for service providers to quote, estimate, and use all aspects of the website. iBidAM.com may in the future charge the service providers if they wish to appear first in the search engine section of the website. To be listed here is free and service providers appear in the order selected by the searcher.

How do I cancel my membership with iBidAM.com?

To cancel your iBidAM.com membership, please send us written confirmation, via email, fax or post that you would like your membership cancelled, and your membership will be cancelled within 24 hours.

How long has iBidAM.com been in operation?

iBidAM.com was founded by Louise Schultze, one of the owners of Target Budgeting Solutions, a subsidiary of The Anode Group Pty Ltd. Like all good ideas it was conceived in 2006 and after a long year and a half of in depth research and development it was finally born in 2008. It is it's own entity, 100% Australian owned company and it's board has over 30 years experience in Business, Advertising and Marketing.

You simply need to login and go to my account. Click on update my details and update the fields that you require. If you have forgotten your password click on forgot my password and an email with your login details will be sent directly to you. Who do we work with to complete the job after we have received our final quote?

The client works directly with the service provider. iBidAM.com does not act as the traditional middle man, that most Advertising Agencies adopt. iBidAM.com encourages the client to build a good working relationship with the service provider so that they continue to offer the best possible price structured and quality products and services continually throughout their business relationship.

Why have there been no quotes on my job?

Here are the usual reasons and possible solutions for a no bid response:

* Delivery time is too short - allowing plenty of time for the service provider to complete the job not only increases your chances of more competitive quotes, but it can also reduce the quote too.

* Maximum quote amount is too low - you may need to increase your budget for this, the service providers will only quote on your job if it is financially viable to do so. If you have previously paid this amount, costs for this job may have increased since then. We recommend however, to alter the other reasons listed here first and then if you are still receiving a no bid response, it is possible you are already receiving a great deal on this product/service.

* Quoting period is too short - service providers can get quite busy depending on the time of year and internal work load. The longer the time you allow service providers to quote on your job, the competition between service providers increases and this drives down the price.

* There are no service providers for your particular job in the area that you are requesting - we have over 10,000 service providers in the Advertising & Marketing industry scattered all over Australia from the major cities through to rural areas. Even with this great coverage, it is possible that the area that you are requesting is too narrow. By widening your locality parameters for the service providers you increase the amount of service providers able to quote on your job.

* The star rating is too high - all service providers start at a level 3 star rating. Until they win a client and complete a job for them, and a client fills out the star rating form, they remain at a 3 star rating. Reducing your star rating to a 3 will increase the amount of providers able to quote on your job. If you are still experiencing problems with your job request, please feel free to contact us.

Are the Service Providers good quality and reliable?

iBidAM.com has formulated a star rating system, a personalized filter system where you can exclude specific service providers from quoting on your job, and a feedback system that helps us identify immediately if a service provider is not producing good quality work. Before a service provider can even register they must key in their ABN, which has the correct algorithm to ensure it is a real ABN. We only use Australian service providers in the Advertising & Marketing industry to service your quotes.

What information should I provide about the job I put online?

iBidAM.com has gone to great lengths to perfect and is constantly improving their selection process for job requirements. We have provided categories and tick box selections with industry averages and references to help and guide you, and we also provide you with a text box that allows you to add anything further about the job you want done. We remind you that it is a part of your terms and conditions of using iBidAM.com that you DO NOT at anytime during the iBidAM.com quoting process, reveal your identity to the service provider nor ask them to reveal their's. Any member in breach of the terms and conditions of membership with us, will risk having their membership terminated immediately and any job cancelled.

How long will it take to receive a quote?

Service providers who are eligible to quote on your job, are sent an immediate email to notify them your job is available to quote on. They are given many incentives and to provide a quote amount within the given time stipulated by the client. There is a minimum requirement of 24hours for the job to be posted online. This is to give the service providers adequate time to gather their resources to ensure an accurate quote is made. iBidAM.com recommends, to get the best result from our service, a job is placed for a minimum of 1 week. In order for the quotes to remain accurate there is a maximum of a 3month period from when the last quote was entered for that job.

How can I quote on a job?

If you are eligible to quote on a job you will receive an email with all the details relevant to quoting on that job. There is a direct link within the body of the email that will open up a page that enables you to key in your final amount including GST. It will automatically add 2.5% and then ensure it is less than the current quote listed before it will be accepted. You do not need to draw up a quote, as the template acts as the initial brief for the quote, and if you win that clients job, then you will need to draft a quote so that the client can then enter into an agreement with you for the amount you have quoted for in our system. If there is anything further you need to clarify whilst the job is still in the iBidAM system requiring quotes, you can simply post a question via the link in your email and type in the question and the response will be emailed back to you via iBidAM.

What happens if I've forgotten my password?

Firstly double check that the username and password you have entered is correct, the password is very case and space sensitive. If this doesn't work, enter your email address below and click get my details and you username and password will be emailed to you.
